New quantitative tools for priority setting Dr. Salomon is trained in health policy and decision science, and his work focuses on priority-setting for global health within three main substantive areas: (1) measurement and valuation of health outcomes; (2) modeling of patterns and trends in major causes of global mortality and disease burden; and (3) evaluation of health policies and interventions.
