Dr. Cibulskis is responsible for undertaking work on the financing of malaria programs and analyzing global trends in malaria program coverage and their impact on disease trends. He coordinates the production of WHO’s annual World Malaria Report. Before joining WHO in 2006, he was a Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor for the World Bank in Indonesia (2004- 2006), a Health Advisor for the UK Department for International Development in Malawi (2003-2004), Takemi Fellow at the Harvard School of Public Health (2000-2002), Advisor in Health Information Systems for the Ministry of Health and Asian Development Bank in Papua New Guinea (1993-2000), and Lecturer in Health Information Systems and Health Systems Development at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine (1987-1993).
